About Wuxi Huaxin
Established in 1985, Wuxi Huaxin Radar Engineering Co., Ltd mainly produces military radar, satellite receive-only antennas, satellite receive and transmit antennas and full-frequency microwave antennas. Our assembly line for production works in three shifts, which ensures that we can fulfill large orders in a short time. Furthermore, our complete molding-antenna production line, imported inspection device and large-sized antenna testing site, as well as our 24 years of experience in designing and manufacturing antennas, enable us to provide high-quality antenna products at a competitive price.

Moreover, we are the first fixed-point production enterprise designated by the Ministry of Information Industry. Our antennas have passed the ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system certification, GB/T19001-2000 quality system certification and GJB9001A-2001 military standard system certification. Products and Applications
As a professional antenna manufacturer in China, we primarily offer three lines of products: the C/Ku-Band satellite receive-only antennas, C/Ku-Band satellite receive-and-transmit antennas, and full-frequency-microwave antennas. Their apertures vary from 0.45m to 16m. Our more than 60 kinds of antennas can meet any requirements of satellite communication you may have.

We can produce various TVRO antennas with different apertures, such as: 0.45m-0.75m, 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.2m, 3.0m, 3.2m, 3.7m, 4.3m, 4.5m, 5.36m, 6.0m, 6.2m, 7.3m, 9.0m, 11.3m, 13m, and 16m. These receive-only antennas are all in accordance with the GB/T11442-1995 general specification for satellite television earth receive-only stations.

Our Rx/Tx antennas are in compliance with the standard of CCIR580J, INTELSAT and general specifications for satellite television earth receive-only stations. This series of antennas includes: VSAT antennas 0.6m, 0.88m, 1.0m, 1.288m, 1.8m, 2.4m, 3.0m; backpack flyaway antennas 0.9m; Offset VSAT antennas 1.2m, 1.8m; RxTx antennas 3.7m, 4.5m, 5.36m, 6.2m, 7.3m, 9m, 11.3m, and 13m.

Our products have the features of elegant appearance, excellent electrical properties, easy interchangeability, strong adaptive ability to environment, and reliable packaging. They are suitable for being transported by sea, by rail, by land, and by air. As a result, they are widely used in satellite communication networks for military, political, or commercial purposes.

Quality Control
1. Professional antenna reflector molding assembly lines can reliably realize the molding and high-precision control of various types of antenna reflectors.

2. A Complete Set of Antenna Processing Equipment
(1) CNC processing center
(2) Complete set of machine tools, such as CNC lathes, milling machines, boring lathes, planers, grinders and drill presses, punch, and wire-cutting tools, etc.
(3) A variety of equipment like automatic clippers, shears, copying autogenously cutters, plasma-cutting machines, sawing machines, press brakes, etc.
(4) All types of welding equipment, like AC/DC electric welding, hidden-arc welding, gas-shielded arc welding, argon-arc welding, etc.
(5) Pre-treatment equipment including acid cleaning, parkerizing, water cleaning, and drying metal components
(6)Antenna surface coating line and paint spray booth.

3. Technical Team
(1) We have an experienced group of more than 40 technicians (among which there are famous antenna experts in China), who are responsible for the designing and testing of our various feed systems. The electrical property index of our feed system has reached internationally-advanced level.
(2) We have great experience in designing antenna molds, tools and fixtures, which enables us to meet the precision requirements of various antennas.
(3) Advanced antenna manufacturing technology not only ensures required antenna precision, but also realizes batch production through assembly line work.
(4) Our technicians use advanced software, such as Ansys/HF$SAnsoft, AUTOCAD, and PROE, to design, analyze, and test our antennas.

4. Professional Inspection Methods
(1) We utilize an antenna distance field test site and high accuracy omnibearing test turning platform.
(2) A special detecting sample can accurately detect the molding precision of antenna reflectors and the precision of major reflectors of Rx/Tx antenna δ≤0.4.
(3) Professional antenna testing software.
(4) Advanced testing instruments and meters including HP spectrum analyzers, composite signal-source, network analyzers, field intensity indicators, etc.
(5) Perfect testing components like measuring line, standard network, coupler, standard horn, orthogonal mode, duplexer and RF, etc.
